The CirCoFin (Circular Construction Finance) website is now live at www.circofin.eu, offering a central space to discover how cities and regions are working together to scale up circular construction practices across Europe.

The website features project news, partner and city profiles, and key updates from the four regional showcases in Munich, Copenhagen, Lisbon, and Scotland. It also introduces the concept of Circular Construction Hubs (CCHs) - spaces and systems designed to support the reuse of construction materials through physical and digital infrastructure.

How Standardisation supports Circular Construction

DIN contributes to CirCoFin as a project partner, bringing its expertise in standardisation to support the development of harmonised frameworks and best practices for circular construction across Europe. Working alongside a European Consortium, DIN supports sustainable practices in the built environment by facilitating alignment on quality, safety, and environmental criteria. Through the website, users can learn more about each region’s involvement, project objectives, and upcoming milestones.

Milestone for Knowledge Transfer in Circular Construction

The launch marks an important step in CirCoFin’s visibility and outreach, creating a platform to share knowledge, tools, and inspiration for making construction more circular, efficient, and climate-resilient.
