Strategic group on honey authenticity

Publications Projects

Coordination and discussion of strategies related to authenticity aspects of honey and honeybee products with regard to new or existing standardization projects. This permanent group will only provide advice and recommendations and will not develop its own standardization projects. A close collaboration and exchange with existing CEN/TC 460 working groups and other relevant external bodies is intended. The group will report regularly to CEN/TC 460, e.g. at the plenary meeting.
