Abstract

This document specifies the technical requirements for the protective functions and the operational characteristics for generating installations intended to operate in parallel with medium voltage distribution systems. For practical reasons, this document refers to the responsible party when requirements have to be set by an actor other than the TSO, e.g. TSO, Member State, regulatory authority under the regulatory framework. Usually the DSO informs the system operator about these requirements.
