This standard specifies the dimensions for carbide cutters. The International Standard has been prepared by ISO/TC 106/SC 4/WG 1 "Dimensions of rotary instruments" (secretariat: DIN) together with CEN/TC 55 "Dentistry" (secretariat: DIN). Working Committee NA 014-00-04 AA "Rotierende Instrumente" ("Rotary instruments") at DIN Standards Committee Dental (NADENT) is responsible.
