Abstract
This document applies to mains communication equipment (MCE) using signals in the frequency range 3 kHz to 526,5 kHz to transmit information on low voltage electrical systems, either on the public electricity distribution network, within installations in consumers´ premises which are connected to the public electricity distribution network or within installations separated from the public electricity distribution network.
