Abstract
This document specifies processes for management and operation of data centres. Primary focus is on operational processes to deliver the expected level of resilience, availability, security and energy efficiency. Secondary focus is on management processes to align the actual and future demand of users. In addition, the transition from planning and building to operating a data centre is considered as acceptance test process in Clause 8.3.
