Abstract
This document addresses procedures for the evaluation of the thermal and electrical performance of networked, small fuel cell power systems that can be complemented with a supplementary heat generator. These parameters are required by energy management systems to control the thermal and electrical power of the fuel cell network or to distribute it in the network according to demand.
